  • What do I need to bring to my fingerprinting appointment?

    You need to bring a valid government issued ID & your ORI number (Originating Agency Identifier). 

  • Do I need to make an appointment?

    Yes, we also offer mobile FDLE & FBI fingerprint services to our customers so walk-ins are not currently available.

  • What is an ORI number?

    It is a unique 9-character alphanumeric code from your employer or requesting agency.

    If you do not have it please contact your employer or agency requesting your background check.

  • How long do the results take?

    3-5 business days, but results can be w/in 24 hrs

  • How long does the appointment take?

    Most appointments take 10-15 min. On occassion, some clients take longer if their fingerprints are poor due to various conditions.
